Composition of cylindrical battery sorting machine:

Loading part

The hopper of the feeding mechanism is made of bakelite.The manual only needs to put the discharge box at the upper bin position, and then pull out the bottom shelter.The feeding is convenient and there will be no jamming. The grooving teeth are driven by the motor and rolled into the battery in turn to be transported to the buffer belt.

 

Feeding mechanism

PVC belt is used to transport the electric core, and the discharging method is one discharging two. The two ends of the conveyor belt are transported and tested respectively, and the synchronous test is efficient.

 

Test delivery belt pulling mechanism

The conveying belt pulling mechanism is composed of the conveying belt pulling mechanism and the material retaining mechanism. When the number of sensors close to is enough to ten, the OCV test and sorting of the cells will be started. This OCV test sorting structure has two sets, one on the left and one on the right, so there is no need to worry about shutdown or jamming
